Collaboration OS
A calm, spatial layer over the studio’s client work. ClickUp keeps the tasks; Supabase mirrors them; swappable view models arrange clients, engagements, actions, and meeting artifacts as a navigable field. This site holds the whole exploration — the concept, the build, the design language, and the research beneath it.

Overview
What Collaboration OS is, why it exists, how it works, and where it stands — the whole in one document.

The Action — Verbs made Visual
The design system’s first component: one action at five sizes, from a point on a timeline to a room you can enter. A live, clickable prototype.

Ways of Seeing the Work — a horological atlas
Eight live geometries of time — line, dial, spiral, helix, horizon, nautilus, cadence, substrate — each drawn at two zooms: the year of engagements and the month of actions. Dark and light.

Build Plan
The phased build, status-checked 20 July — phases 0–2 gated and live in production, client views essentially complete, the artifacts evolution shipped through phase B, and the emergent engagement surface.

Design Considerations
The principles the build already holds, and seven ideas carried forward from the original Iris OS vision.

Design Research
Seven research notes beneath the decisions — the Work OS landscape, clients as rooms, dashboards, meeting artifacts, 2026 trends, spatial interfaces, and the pattern language.
